3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order through EireBites:

• You are making an offer to purchase food items from the restaurant
• The contract is formed when the restaurant accepts your order
• We will send you a confirmation email/notification
• Prices include VAT but may exclude delivery fees

3.2 Payment

• Payment must be made at the time of ordering via our secure payment system
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• All prices are in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount

3.3 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placement. Once the restaurant begins preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible, and refunds may be subject to the restaurant's policy.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, and restaurant preparation times.

4.2 Delivery Address

You must provide an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

4.3 Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or unavailability at the delivery address, you may not be entitled to a refund.

5. Refunds and Complaints

5.1 Quality Issues

If you have concerns about food quality, missing items, or other order issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and work with the restaurant to resolve the issue.

5.2 Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of:

• Significantly delayed delivery (beyond reasonable time)
• Missing items from your order
• Quality issues with food (subject to verification)
• Order cancellation before restaurant preparation begins

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm restaurant staff or delivery partners
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Submit false or fraudulent orders

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the EireBites platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EireBites or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EireBites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Food quality issues (the responsibility of restaurants)
• Allergic reactions or food-related illnesses
• Delivery delays or failures
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account

9. Allergen Information

While we make efforts to display allergen information provided by restaurants, we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, you must contact the restaurant directly before ordering.

10. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to specific terms and conditions. They may have expiration dates, usage limits, and restrictions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms
